Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may not be available once access, download access, or delivery links have been provided, except where required by law or where the product was not delivered as described.
Refunds for services may be considered where the service was not delivered, was materially different from the agreed scope, or where Craftdas determines that a refund is appropriate.
Academy fees, program registration fees, and mentorship-related payments may be non-refundable once access has been granted, bookings have been reserved, or content links have been delivered, except where required by law.
Payment processor fees, transfer fees, or certain platform processing fees may be non-refundable.
Refund requests may be reviewed case by case. Abuse of the refund system may result in account restrictions.
