Current Live Platform Rules

  • Craftdas Academy canonical access fee: $50.
  • Referral reward: 2% with a referral cookie window of 30 days.
  • Default affiliate commission for new programs/offers: 20% with a default cookie window of 30 days. Individual creators may adjust commission settings for their own affiliate programs or offers.
  • Platform economics are tier-based, not a flat platform fee.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Craftdas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. About Craftdas

Craftdas is a digital platform that enables creators to sell digital products, offer services, publish content, participate in mentorship programs, and engage in affiliate marketing.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Craftdas is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access to your account.

4. Marketplace Rules

  • Digital products may be listed for sale on Craftdas.
  • Products may include images, previews, or external download links.
  • Direct file uploads to the server are restricted.
  • Only preview assets and images up to 5MB may be uploaded.
  • Digital downloads are delivered through secure external links.

5. Academy Programs

Craftdas Academy offers structured learning programs.

  • Students must pay an academy access fee before enrolling.
  • Each program requires a one-time program registration fee.
  • Students only access courses within registered programs.
  • Courses are delivered through private links such as private video links or ebook links.

6. Payments and Currency

All payments on Craftdas are processed securely through payment providers.

7. Creator Earnings and Withdrawals

Creators may earn income through product sales, services, mentorship programs, or affiliate activities.

  • Earnings are credited to creator wallets.
  • Creator, referral, and platform shares follow the current tier-based revenue model published on Craftdas.
  • Platform share is tier-based under the current creator tier model.

8. Affiliate Program

Craftdas offers an affiliate system where users may earn commissions by referring customers.

  • Affiliate commissions are determined by the applicable creator, program, offer, or asset being promoted and are subject to tracking, validation, and fraud checks.
  • Fraudulent traffic or manipulation of the system may result in termination.

9. Prohibited Activities

  • Uploading illegal or infringing content
  • Engaging in fraud or deceptive activity
  • Exploiting platform vulnerabilities
  • Attempting to bypass platform fees

10. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, branding, and software are the property of Craftdas.

Creators retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Craftdas permission to display and distribute it through the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

Craftdas provides the platform on an as-is basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Craftdas is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

Craftdas may suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Craftdas indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
